I Am Dry

When the world kept turning and I stood still
I cried
When people depended on me but I lacked the will
I cried

Times have changed, the world needs saving
All shoulders feel as though they're caving
No person stands tall
Without support they're nothing at all
I watch them, as they fall

Tears would run, they just kept coming
But now I feel the world is numbing
Feelings drift away
They're memories by today

I long for the times when I could cry
Because now, all I am is dry
Now all I am is dry
