A Slow Day

I wake up from my slumber
If it wasn't for this thunder
I might remember that number
Maybe if I took a look under
I might find the paper
If I look a bit quicker
If it weren't for all this vapor
I wouldn't get sicker
I give up on the hunt
I think I will eat a bit of lunch
The fridge I will confront
I think I'm about to munch
I head back up to bed
Where I will nibble on my bread
