Going to the beach

The lovely beach
With soft, fine sand
Has much to teach
About life on the land
Perched on the water, a swan
Situated proudly ashore, a boat
In a mood dry and wan
What a great poem, has Nature wrote
I set my sights
On the land far ahead
And the dim lights
Much light, did it shed
Sitting, with nothing to do
But relaxing, and enjoying the view
