To take first Flight
Awkward wings spread wide
A fledglings delight
As they learn to glide
Though fledglings try as they may
The noonday sun starts to fall
Wind blows them away
And they soon here mother's call
Though they try thier best
Tired wings soon fail
Mother helps them back to the nest
They sleep looped tail over tail
Sweet dreams all night
As they dream of first flight
