The days that I look back on make me smile
Seeing you once or twice is all I ask
Your eyes glisten so blue like the Nile
Loving you shouldn't be such a hard task
Your voice sends me into a trance like phase
To hear a symphony is no compare
Being caught by your lovingly bold gaze
For a woman like you is very rare
Days past by leaving me oblivious
Wondering if she feels the same towards me
Thoughts in my mind seem so ridiculous
To think that you and I could be
Your unrequited love kills me inside
It's time to forget but not time to hide
