All I Have Is Just One Tear
February 16, 2012
from a place I didn't know
existed inside of me,
came a pain that hit me low,
made me scream in agony
weak, still clawing my way out
of this deep, bottomless pit
suffocated by my doubt
lost, at the end of my wit
the pain, it tore me apart
gleefully shredding within
destroying my helpless heart
to describe it I can't begin
put my fingers to my face
and feel the tear out of place

Yea it does stink..haha..I catch myself doing the same thing too. And when I start looking for him I close my eyes and open them again, and when I run into him I almost freeze..

thank you, and SuNshiNe007, i am sorry you had to go through the same thing, it really stinks doesn't it? ha, and yeah its legit i.m.p.o.s.s.i.b.l.e to move on, i may think i have but now and then i catch myself thinking of him and i struggle in making myself not look for his face in the halls at school haha

Wow, this is so sad..Its amazing! I love the wording you used. And I know how you feel I've been through this before, and to this day I still have not cried a tear. It's hard to move on too because I still really haven't. Deep down inside I know this, but I can never tell him. But hey everything is going to be okay. Great Job by the way! Hope to read more

Poems this personal are hard to write, but you did an amazing job. I love the structure! 5/5 :)
Because when I looked into his eyes,
And I saw that gone was the electricity,
I simply knew he no longer cared for me.
I know I have to move on,
Now that I know our love is gone.
But as hard as I might try,
I don't seem able to cry.
