Mommy, why don't you look at me like you used to?
You said I was your little girl, perfect and true.
Why don't you love me anymore?
Why do you still cry, ever since Daddy walked out the door?
I had once thought you loved me,
Now spending time with you has a fee.
You're at work all the time.
You act like I've committed a crime.
Did I do something bad?
Make you upset, or even mad?
I promise I didn't mean to.
All I ever did was love you.
