Love is the most powerful force in the world
We all feel it from every ant to every bird
It sneaks up on us like murder or theft
But it takes control like an officer or chief
I never understood it or liked it
It always knew kind of like It was psychic
Every time I thought it was beautiful magic
It turned out to be something more tragic
And I blamed ole love for this horrible trick
It started to make me tired and sick
One after the other they came and went
And left ole joee to pay the rent
Now I know you can’t trust that ole love
She’ll leave you in the dust after taking you above
No one knows what comes to await
When ole love comes for your fate
