Romanticism and Transcedentalism

Looking at the world in a new way
Up above on a mountain top
Showing everything like it’s a new day
Wishing that the world would stop
The trees swaying in the distance
The lake feeling like its miles away
The animals near me in existence
I do not move while I pray
The sunset releasing the colors of the wind
The sun beginning to set until the next day
The cool air is coming but I don’t mind
I wish the beautiful colors would stay
Being on top of the mountain makes me feel alive
I can’t wait until the next time I arrive.
