At the football game, most cheer for the team,
Touchdown, people yell and we start to play
I’m not one of the cheerleaders who beam
I’m a band geek and we play the songs our way

Halftime is our time to perform our show

"Open Arms" is the next song to know
"Don't Stop Believin'" the crowd sings along

“Eagles, Attent-hut!” Billy calls to us,
My fingers fly quickly over the keys
After the show, we go back on the bus
The games are fun, but the best times are these

Bandies are the best friends I’ve ever had
We’ll stay close through the good times and the bad.
