He promises his love will never die;
He waited in long lines for its debut.
"Believe me when I say I will not lie
This game is one of which I will pursue."
Watching the screen intently as he plays
With precise aim, he kills another foe.
He could get them all, but he cannot stay
The enemy will get him, this he knows.
The screen is covered with its trademark red
Headset on, he barks orders to his friends.
"Revive me soon, or else I'll end up dead!"
...This looks as if it is the bitter end.
The game, cut short, because his life was lost
The boy is nothing now without Black Ops.

Well done, Erica! I like Teen Ink. I'm going to try to get more kids published here next year.

Ahh. Sorry. That didn't make sense.

What I meant to say was Thank you! And that you know me, but I can't tell who you are from your username. :)
