Life holds strength and adventure in close grasp
the way you spend it or waste it, is your choice.
Given new changing decisions each day
trying to find the best path to follow
troubles on the road and misleading advice.
Feeling the world has been set on your shoulders,
only you can select the right resolution
choose wisely, for the best possible outcome.
Looking through the past for those old memories
wishing you could leave some and change the others
things left unsaid, undone not forgotten.
The worst still clear in our minds but good still there,
one day they will surface again, I’m sure
for we all know the past shall not be left unspoken.
