It's Very Simple

You’re no knight in shining armor
And I am no princess in distress
But you’re defiantly a charmer
Which I love I do confess
You’re no kind of prince
But that’s ok I find them snobby
Though you do try to convince
That being a prince
Is just a hobby
You might not always call
Or greet me in the hall
But sometimes you hold my hand
And I think it’s quite grand
We don’t need the mushy stuff
‘Cus seeing each other is just enough
There’s no need to be sappy
For we are perfectly happy
Showing we like the other
By just smiling at each other
I like you
You like me
It’s very simple
And that is fine with me
