The most confusing aspects of love are
It is unconditional, completely
Uncontrollable, untouched by the scars.
The end of this time. We discreetly
Follow the paths of those before and learn
The lessons they forgot to teach. But those
Of no faith are completely unconcerned
By what they believe to be lust. It glows
Whatever this is called it is love gained,
Unmarked by humans who refuse to feel
Completely ours and ours alone, untrained
Love like this makes everything so surreal
Pain felt after losing something so rare
Like death so painful; living without air
