life is like a roasted marshmellow, burnt and delicious.

My alarm clock sounded, it was time to go./ I rolled out of bed, tired as ever./ Today was the day to put on a show./ Our whole team knew it was now or never.//I did my hair and put my make-up on. Next was my uniform and I'd be ready./ We met in the lobby, then we were gone./ We got on the bus; the ride was steady.// We were in Atlanta, this place was new./ The arena was huge, it wouldn't scare us./ New Jersey Heat All Stars, next up is you./ We got up on the stage, our crowd made a fuss.// Out coaches went wild, every stunt hit./ It's so exciting; I could never quit.

This is a great poem because it's something we can all relate to at one point or another. I really like it because I'm from Atlanta.

You should check out some of my stuff. I think you would like it.
