Silently I wonder how the stars shine
Like volatile reflections of the past
Memories tease this broken heart of mine
Yet a meteor’s light shall never last.
So the night steals my hopes, wishes, and dreams
And the remnants of love are lost in space…
I listen for the echo of my screams
As I wait for the sun to show its face
…But it doesn’t return nor does it care
Hidden forever behind Saturn’s sufferings.
Gravity imprisons all in its lair,
Oblivious of the pain that it brings…
Worlds shatter still you don’t hear me
And sadly i love Thee-wholeheartedly.
