Critters with four legs tend to be beaten down
Under table tops and silver
Onto your kitchen ground
Where they are made into fine carpets
Paired kind with leather shoes
You call yourself a donor
Standing on bear fur, you abuse

And that cat on the street may look well fed
But if they were a child they’d at least sleep in a bed
Humans tend to look down and shake their heads
As the poor, four legged creature is ignored

Just because they don’t speak doesn't mean they don’t feel
Your meal has a mother, she’s probably worried sick
At least human rights are something we’re aiming to fix
