3:38 the clock reads
Meanwhile my wrist bleeds
No one beside me to stop it
Alone forever I will sit
I'm done trying to find her
The one who's the cure
To all my problems and complications
Congratulations
These expectations
Have ruined my patience
Now I'm letting it out on myself

Although these thin lines
Will heal and look fine
They'll soon be replaced
By new ones expertly traced
To be in the same place
Not one misplaced.
Each line the same as the last
Some lines outlast
Others that heal fast
Still others take long to heal
They match what I feel

The scars inside are even worse
They're the ones I can't reverse
They won't heal or even get better
They can't be hidden with sweatshirts or sweaters
These wounds will remain for the rest of my life
These weren't inflicted by razor or knife
Only matching these scars with ones on the outside
Make me feel better, will keep me alive
Until I find that non existent girl that'll make me stop with a kiss
I think I be just fine and happy dealing with it like this
