Chasing pavements

I breath there's a damp taste in the air
But I just keep on chasing pavements
I stop there's a sooth sound in the air l look around
Nothin
It starts to get dark and gets colder as I walk
Like I said it doesn't matter where it leads just as long as I keep on chasing these pavements.
