Shadows dance across the wall.
As they dance, they consume all.
There are are more shadows than i can tally,
Many will appear suddenly in an alley.
I don't know why they are thought scary,
In fact, the shadows make me quite merry.
Shadows warn us of danger,I'm sure,
And they also point us the right way.
So your fear of them, you must cure.
They tell us if there's someone following behind,
Many times they told me I'm not out my mind.
My shadow will always stay by my side,
And the shadows will help me hide.
The shadows are my friend,
And they have prevented many a life's end.
