If I were a flower
Oh how I bloom in spring and
Disappear in the fall
Just to return the next year

If I were a flower
I need fresh water everyday
So that I don’t wilt away
Before its time for me
If I were a flower
I wilt away just to
Raise up again
To bring you a smile

If I were a flower
I enjoy you giving me away
To bring someone happiness and
Show your respect to the deceased

If I were a flower
I would be a great decoration
In your yard or on your table
To be shown off to your family and friends

If I were a flower
I would be stung everyday
From a bee gathering nectar
For our sweet tasting
Honey and Molasses

If I were a flower
I would be an awesome flower
For everyone to enjoy
For years to come

I wrote this song while I was on my school bus and I took a picture of a single flower in the middle of a flower.
