Tight dress
Crimson red
Dancing around the tables
Wait for a hand
Got her mothers eyes
And her daddy’s smile
And everyone only has to see her shine
Got this whole world
Set it in stone
Panted across her sky
No warriors can enter tonight

Chorus- and they say she is perfect
Beauty queen walking around
They say she is perfect
But she doesn’t feel anything at all
Got these stone walls wrapped around her
And she doesn’t have anything else to hold onto
Those stonewalls aren’t crumbling down
Never had love before
Never seen somebody cry
Never heard screaming except for her mothers
Cry for her

Eighteen
Miss American Queen
Grew up in a house full of kings
Ran around in her Dior
Champagne poured at the doors
And she knows
No warriors can enter tonight.

Chorus

She was eighteen
Miss American Queen
Her house was full of kings
But her Dior ripped
The champagne hit the
Marble floors
Her father yelling in his fake British accent
And her mothers flailing reaction
And she knows
Warriors may enter
Tonight

I love this so much.   It thouroughly captivated me! I'd love to know what inspired you to write this!  (Of course I understand if you'd rather not say, though! :) )

Thank you so much! It actually came to me when I was realizing how some people are living in their own world and don't know what other people go throw sometimes. The girl has grown up with everything she wanted.
