A little devil in me too

We’re standing here, in entwined in each other embrace
You ask me what I am thinking about,

I tell you nothing.
But inside my head my thoughts are racing.
Thinking about how it would of been if I had never met you
I’m thinking about why you find me so appealing
Why did God give me something so special to help gets his wings?
What did I do to get treated this good?
Because I’m not the angel you see me as
I’ve done some bad things to.
I’ve got a little devil inside of me just like you.

I might be sweet at times
But I’m little mean most of the time to.
I’ve made people cry
I’ve torn out their hearts
But I have had the same thing done to me too.
I’m not the angel you see me as
I’ve broken heart and...
I’ve got a little devil inside of me just like you.

You think I’m sweet and sensitive
You treat me like a china doll
I’ve been screwed over by the world.
I know you really mean what you’re saying right now.
Trust me I believe you do .
But you don’t know half of the things I have been through
You don’t know how much pain I’ve caused or had
Because I’m not the angel you see me as.
My halo is held up by my horns.
Ask anyone that really knows my story
And there tell you that I have a little devil in me just like you
