I miss your kiss,
I miss your everything.
I miss your protection,
I love that you made my heart sing.
You were forced away
even against my will.
I love that when I was with you,
you made the earth stand still.
But June passed into July;
you made time fly.
Losing you
was like a senseless kid
letting go of a balloon.
It slipped away -- it's drifting
away -- in the infinite wind.
