“Music is a discipline, and a mistress of order and good manners, she makes the people milder and gentler, more moral and more reasonable.” – Martin Luther

Verse II.
I remember when I first met you

You were the cutest thing that I ever Knew

your smile, caught me in a flash

But as time went on I began to see

You weren't the one that was right for me

And that smile began to fade away

Chorus I.
We used to be just as cute as can be

Looking back now all I see is you, yelling and fussing at me

Now Im all alone and so are you

It hurts my heart but to tell you the truth, Im so glad we're through

Verse II.
Now I remember when you got so pissed.

cause I said that I was going to go fish with my buds, instead of hanging around with you

You used to think that you could hold me down

You used to think that you could keep me around all the time, well sorry babe but that aint me.

Chorus II.
We used to be just as cute as can be
Looking back now all I see is you, yelling and fussing at me
Now all I do is play this old guitar
Cause my love has drifted far away from you
So baby I'm so glad we're through

I wrote this piece as a joke about someone that I thought that I loved, but once it was played with the guitar it became a catchy tune.

I really like the rhyme and rhythm. It has good subject matter and content. Easy 5 stars here. It felt so liberating during the chorus when you wrote I'm so glad we're through. It really feels like a weight was lifted off of a set of shoulders.
