The Shadows

I was hiding out in the shadows, afraid to show the real me. Nobody noticed, and I didn't know who i should be. But then, I walked out of the darkness, and into the light. Realized it wasn't so bad, and something I shouldn't have to fight. I now am not in the shadows, and never want to go back again. I now know that I should be the real me, and not who I was then.

Thank you so much! Sorry I didn't reply for 2 years, was kind of caught up in a lot of other stuff. Moving, homework, etc. :) Thank you though:) I really appreciate it. I have been writing a lot more and I have definitely improved since 2 years ago:) Thank you:)

Yeah, i was going to make it longer, but i couldn't come up with anything else! And this was my first submission, and my first day on my first account, so i was a little confused! I would have added onto it! :)
