I may not perfect
But I am me
That's who I want to be
Watching those girls mock me
Calling Me "freak" or a "loser"
just because I'm different
because I'm unique
because I'm not the same
I want to be different
to shout who I am from a sky scraper .
for hI'm to know I want to be more than friends .
for boys to say I'm not ugly
I am a prisoner to my own sorrow
an inmate to regret
I'm not perfect but I am me .
