Miracle

By , Saegertown, PA
I was freed from the anger inside.
I built myself up again.
How'd I get so hopeless?
I see the trees of green outside,
but I can't go that way.
Too much danger in this world
I don't wanna go back to that place.
When the smoke clears then I'll keep my word
When I said this place could be better
if the world could hold itself together,
I'd come out, maybe meet some new people...
(Chorus)
Oh, Just because you live in another place doesn't mean you gotta stop helping another race.
Keep your head up, you can't be in two places at once.
Start today in your own place.

Smile at that homeless man,
give him a few dimes
'cause even one little sacrifice for you would be a miracle for him.

You see that mother with her child but it looks like they could be sisters.
What's her story?
What's her name?
I feel so bad,
who's the blame?

People make their own choices in this world today.
You could help fight their thoughts
Deep inside they wanna live another day.
Be a miracle for someone who doesn't have the strength to live like they do.
Start in you're own place.
