I heard that you have two kids now?
So precious as they can be

I heard that you're happy now?
Your husband must be a great guy

Oh how the times fly

I guess you did what you had to do

Just know that I'm still in love with you
Even though right now I'm feeling blue

I know that I will have to move on cause some love dies
I know that you couldn't wait for me because time flies

This poem is about a guy writing to his ex girlfriend about how he still loves her but its been over six years since they where together and she already found another mate that suits her.
