Life only gave you one chance
Take what you get, that's fair
don't look back at the ashes
You've burned all of what was there
Hope only got you so far
hope for the day you'll care
go on, keep on deceiving
Feed on the lies you've shared
Can you live with that? yeah
or will you whither with the guilt
Just another catch, right?
well, catch this if you will
Lay on down, trust, don't resist
Close your eyes for a moment
and give in
Take it slowly
you have earned it
Take a taste of what you give
