1st Verse: Don't want to run away,
although it will save my life...
I just want to SCREAM! BEGGING TO STAY ALIVE!
You come along,
and tear my walls down.
But RIGHT when I cared!
I also got scared!
And you made me see....
Oh what have you DONE to me?!?

Chorus: I hate feeling so trapped!
Why must you leave me?!
You make me feel out of whack!
And yet complete me...
I NEED SOMEBODY'S HEEEELP!
I CAN'T SIT HERE ALONE
ALL BY MYSEEELF....

GET ME OUT OF THIS HOOOOOOLE!
(get me out of this hole) (hooole)

2nd Verse: So the words that I said,
didn't mean a thing?
WHAT CAN I DO?! TO GET LOVE INSIDE YOU?!?
My fate has been set...
and carved into stooOooOOooOone...
NOBODY IS HERE! NO ONE I CAN CALL MY OOOOOOOOOOOOWNNNNnnnnnNNnnnNNNnnnn!!!!

(CHORUS)

get me out of this hoole!
Why'd you make me feel soooo...

TRAAAAAAAAPPED!?!

So you think I can just move on
as if nothing happened?

I've gone through
CRIED FOR DREAMS
RUSHED AT THE SEAMS
UNDONE BY MEANS THAT NO ONE BELIEVES IN
STEPPED ON BY STRANGERS
HUNG BY GANGSTERS THAT WORRY LATER
ESCAPING THAT FATE
DREAM BY DREEEAAAAM.

Crushed....

rushed...

undone...

stepped on...

and hung...
but tonight I'm escaping by dreams...

even though it's still the hole

just covered with leaves...

(END)

The author's comments:
This song can be taken many ways. As a break-up song, losing someone you cared about, getting in a fight with a friend...

However...

It can also be about a battle between drugs and the user, begging to stop, but it's near impossibility.

And to others, it feels like it talks about how the USA is struggling. Debt, foreclosure (thus "no one to call their own" being a house) Of how Obama has few helping him out of the hole the previous presidents have dug. His presidency stresses him, but is necessary to fix America (and other world wide issues like Afghanistan's wars, debts, etc)
