Don't Laugh at me

Why do you laugh at me when I fall to the down?
Or when my heart is on the ground?
Why do you smile at my pain?
Is it because I am different than you?
You get to stay home all alone
I don’t even have a home
You have the latest trends
I don’t
I work all day long
For my three brothers and sisters
While you sit on the couch eating potato chips
Is it because I have AIDs?
But in God’s eyes were all the same
One day we’ll all have perfect wings
We are all the same
We are waiting for true love
We love puppies and kittens too
Stop gossiping about me
Laughing me
Don’t turn you heads because you think I don’t see
So I eat from garbage cans
Get bad grades
But you don’t even half of it
And guess what?
In God’s eyes were all the same
One day we’ll have perfect wings
Stop laughing at me
In my shame
My pride is dragging on the ground
Don’t bully me any more
I can’t take it any more
Just be my friend or at least try to be nice
Lift me up high so I can see those perfect wings
We one day we’ll have
The very same you have
Maybe he will even smile at me
Why do you laugh at me when I fall to the down?
Or when my heart is on the ground?
Why do you smile at my pain?
Can’t you see one day we will have the same
Wings.
Don’t laugh, gossip or smile
When I fall down.
