As i stand before the sea.
I realize i'll never quite be good enough for there to be a you and me.
So for those with heart, you are set apart a gleaming part of this world.
I stand screaming at the city gates. Begging to be let in to the streets paved with gold.
Still i sit growing old no one to hold me still just lonely.
