Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the trees. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples that are on the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think there is something wrong with them, when, in reality, they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.

When I call you I the night,
The stars are chining out so bright,
You answer with a sweet hello,
Then tell me that you have to go.

As we’re walking down the hall,
Your feelings stop and form a wall.
With your friends I’m not your type,
but in the halls alone, I’m yours.

Now I see what we’ve become,
We’re separated by ones love.
The lies, the truth and the in-between,
forced us never to come clean.

Do you remember us walking, talking?
Do you remember it at all?
I was only yours alone in the hall.

this is about losing someone special because there are too many lies within the relationship.
