The Classroom of Life

Everytime I enter this classroom,
My whole heart fills with doom.
Because I know that if I fail here,
My life will shatter everywhere
And that is something I can’t bear to lose.

If YOUR up there listening,
Know that I tried,
I tried and I failed,
But at least I tried.

Too bad we don’t start off this class with a book,
But then again, all of out experiences would be overlooked.
If I had a chance to start this class over again,
I wouldn’t, because I am me, and I don’t want
To change a thing.

Everytime it feels like I am passing,
My report card shows I’m slacking
By letting the little things in life pass me by,
In not caring what they are of why.

It’s the little grades in life that let you slip,
Then, when you try to make, to make it up,
You en up falling with no way, it seems, to get up.

But then, all of a sudden, you get an A+.
Uh-oh, now you are confused. This has never
happened before. Watch out, the new me is here,
And now I’m passing life with a C.
