When I looked in the mirror
What did I see?
I don’t know but it wasn’t Jesus starring back at me
My heart was a stone
My eyes were dark
Don’t give me a Bible
I didn’t care about Noah or his ark
That’s right
I had my strut
Talked my talk
Hung with my main man
I never got caught
I did my drugs
Had my fun
But one day I ended up starring down the barrel of the dope man’s gun
POW!
One shot and to Hell I was gone
Because of a life of sin I missed out on my heavenly home
