Emptiness fills you up until there's no room inside of you for strength

I know

An empty void surrounds you but there's no room for you to run

I feel

Trapped inside yourself with no reason to try to escape

I stand

The world revolved around me
But I was so blind I couldn't see
See the potential I had to be
Now I'm standing in the ruins

I was surrounded by other humans
But none ever thought to move
That was when I realized the truth
I'm standing where I belong

I was so hopeless and lost
Trying to decipher right from wrong
Afraid I couldn't be strong
Now I'm standing where I need to be
Beside me

No matter what happens
No matter what I see
I'll stand

No matter what the world throws at me
No matter what I fail or succeed
I'll stand

I'll stand

Wonderful message. I had a little trouble reading it due to a lack of punctuation, but I'm really big on punctuation. So, it's probably just me.
