We had the American dream
We had everything
You ripped it at the seams
We had everything
Things just aren’t right, now
You’re gone, now
I just don’t know, now
You’re gone now
I’m stranded here alone
We had everything
This house is not a home
We had everything
My life came crashing down
You’re gone now
You left without a sound
You’re gone now
I’m sore, I’m aching
We had everything
Hearts are meant for breaking
We had everything
Family isn’t important to you
You’re gone now
Sorry, we’re an inconvenience
You’re gone now
You could’ve told us
We had everything
Except trust
We had nothing

This is sort of how I feel, too. My father has never shown that he cares for his family and sometimes I just wish I had a real dad. Great work, it's very emotional!
