Oh, the world.
How I love it so
For dropping you
Into my heart.
You are the greatest gift
I will I ever know.
Your presence makes
Me weep and laugh.
It is people
Like you and I
That make me
who I am.
For without tragedy,
My thoughts would lack ink black,
But without your smiles,
My days would surely inhabit
The greatest woe of all;
Your light’s absence.
