To My True Love
When I first met her she took my breathe away,
my heart would stop with every word she would say.
But when she took my hand,
I knew I would make her more than my friend.
A year and four months have passed us now,
and the only word I can say is "how?"
How did I get so lucky to be with her,
She's the one I'll spend my life with, this I know for sure.
It's funny how my heart pounds,
Every time when she's around.
Watching her sleep at night,
is the most beautiful sight.
Those amazing eyes that keep me staring,
Everyday is the best that we are sharing.
When she'smiling and laughs,
I know I'm going down the right path.
I could look at her all day,
But there is one thing standing in the way.
I am a girl as well,
Everyone says that I am going to he**.
If I am I say okay,
I am what I am and I am gay.
I'll stay by her side no matter wrong or right,
I will never back down from this fight.
I love her with all of my heart,
I always have from the very start.
