So why in your heart, do you not care
if we are the best of friends?
They say that love has it’s ups and downs.
They say it’s really true.
Its weighing on me, pound by pound,
and really, it’s makin’ me blue.
So if I jump in a burning fire
would you just follow suit?
If you don’t I’d call you a liar,
And I’m not trying to be cute.
Is there a way to prove myself wrong?
