Parents are there to help you
When ever you need them to
We may hate them one day
And the other we may say
I love you mommy and daddy
I want you with me everyday
Until the day that arrives from far away
When they have to say good-bye
As we all wonder why they left us
We have wished this day not to come
From my experience
Some of the ways
These days remind me
Of what I find that I left behind
What I could have done
To stop this bad dream
From getting to extreme
Until this day should ever come
I will love my parents
For what they have done
