Have you ever tried to be a wardrobe?
Well, try standing up 24/7
It's anything but heaven

Super uncomfortable, right?
Well, there's more –
Being a wardrobe is such a bore

I can't see the world
Can't move, I can't even talk
Even worse, I'm always stuffed full of socks!

My insides are clothing
My heart is a red sweater
It's the worst it could be, it'll never get better

Now imagine how I feel
When some kid I don't know
Takes out my guts and puts them on for show!

The author's comments:
I'll admit, it's not my best work.
I'll try to improve, I promise!
(Also, I'm not that good at telling what type of poem it is- for now I'll call it a limerick).

This was really funny.  Nice work on it!

What an interesting perspective you chose to write from! I agree that you could probably keep working on the specific words and imagery, but this is such a great foundation.
