I’m empty, weightless
I guess my heavy heart left me
Sinking ever so deep

Rain falls, so do I
Drowning in the midst of light
Dogged by drunken woes

I’ve been here times before
Locked in bitter madness
Is it too much to ask for?
Questions I’m asking

Thief of golden hearts
Greedy ways of corruption
You are what hurts most
Because you truly mattered

I loved this. It was very relatable and there was a lot of imagery!
