Forest so quiet
sun rising slowly in peace
feeder going off

stalking toward the blind
shifting the rifle in place
then i see my buck

instincts take over
with a round in the chamber
i squeze the triger

as swiftly as that
i harvested my buck
thank god for my buck

Well, the only critique I can really have is the fact that you forgot the other E in squeeze. I personally would never go hunting, or harm in animal in anyway. But that is just me. So I cannot relate to this persay, but I do however think you did a great job! I loved the ending! And I am sure someone who likes to hunt will enjoy this also! :))
