Hero or Villain; Which am I?

When will it be clear?
Who am I supposed to be
Hero or Villain?


I could be either.
Protector of the helpless
Monster of the night


I want to be good
But I hold so much darkness
Can it be contained?


Should I let it thrive
And cause the fear and chaos
It desires so?


Am I strong enough
To fight it and save the world
From trouble like me?


Do hero's feel hate?
Can a monster dream of light?
Why do I do both?


I'm caught in between
the forces of light and dark
Where do I belong?
