During the springtime,
In the sweet comforting warmth,
I feel most content.
The cold wind and snow
Disappear much too slowly—
Suspense that could kill.
The rustle of leaves
And the blanket of pollen
Awaken the world.
To see the flowers
And see the sun once again,
I feel most content.
