"Love me, hate me, but you will remember me." Anthony G.

Buildings crash down around me
People scream out, “why”?
Seemingly blind to their sins

Fire rains down all around me
I'm laughing, ammused
At mankind, suffering

As all of mankind wonders
As all the people shout
“how can this be happening”?

Calling out, “Not my children”!!!
We are born of sin
And sin we shall all remain

For now, I'll enjoy the show
For now, I'm alive
And now, I'm laughing aloud

Bring on the Apocalypse
Till then, I can wait
Soon, will be the end of times

And soon, everyone will die
So say your prayers now
Or forever hold your peace

Another haiku style-inspired poem (not sure it it's suppose to be 7-5-7 or 5-7-5), this one, about a dream I had, in which I witnessed the end of the world. A little more evil than most of my work, but I thought it was somewhat endearing, you be the judge. ^_^
