Inside this key is more than just metal.
It’s my heart
and my memories.
My grandfather gave me this key.
When I was little,
he told me it unlocked his heart
I held this key tight,
still have it till this day.
Although he is gone to someplace else,
the key will always stay with me.
It unlocks a faraway forbidden door,
but an even closer heart.
It reminds of me of all the happy memories
and everything in between.
It has the power to bring out sorrow and sadness,
but in the end it just brings out him.
