Dark room
A band
With brass instruments
Light touches on the cymbal
Strange
Backwards
A lonely
And perturbed being
Is stringing the sounds together
Hypnotizing
Tritonic waves
Going back and forth
The bass
Is walking
Marching
In subconsciouses
Electromagnetic fields
To the brain
And eyes
Lurking
Slithering
In the back
Of the music’s soul

I got the inspiration from a scene in the latest season of Twin Peaks, where a jazz band plays in a dark room, but backwards. It made for a very fascinating, slithering atmosphere, which I found very inspiring.
